In 2023, we ignited possibilities and embraced innovation, leading to significant transformations within our business. Building on this momentum in 2024, we launched Recruit Code and diversified our customer base, strengthening our position as a market leader. Now, as we enter 2025, we unveil “Elevate,” our final culture theme in our three-year trilogy, urging us to focus on personal and collective growth. Together, we will amplify our successes and rise to new challenges, shaping a brighter future for ourselves and our business.
Ignite 2023
In 2023, we embarked on a journey to Ignite new possibilities, sparking innovation and lighting the fire of transformation across our business. We asked ourselves: What does it take to ignite? Slowly but surely, we took a small spark and lit little fires of possibility. We ignited new partnerships and you each answered the call by fueling the flames of change, challenging yourselves and each other to do things differently, and ultimately drive us toward extraordinary results. Together, we sparked new ideas and enthusiasm, igniting a movement that inspired our people and delivered real value to our customers.
Forge 2024
Soon, 2024 was upon us. We endeavored to capitalize on that momentum and FORGE a new pathway forward. With the sparks of creativity and innovation from the previous year, we built and launched Recruit Code, our first proprietary technology. We diversified our customer base, with only one customer representing more than 20% of our annual revenue. Most importantly, we strengthened our position as the market leader in tech enabled professional services solutions in our three verticals. Every business unit is in a stronger position as we close this year, and I think we’ll all agree that was no easy feat!
Elevate 2025
Now, in 2025, I am excited to unveil elevate, the final pillar of our three-year culture theme trilogy. We’ve ignited new possibilities, forged our pathway forward in the most difficult of markets and now it is time for us to rise.
In 2025, we elevate. We focus on our dreams as individuals, as a team, and as industry leaders. Focused on our own growth, we elevate HM to greater heights. We leave behind what has kept each of us, and the business from our greatest potential and together we rise. Elevate literally means to “lift up” to “make higher.” Just as fire rises, so too will we. As we elevate, we focus on amplifying the successes we’ve achieved, scaling new heights, and challenging each other to continue our personal and professional evolution. We invite each other to let go of the past, the challenges or doubts we’ve allowed to weigh us down and to require the very best in each other.
