OUR CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM

When you refer a customer to HNM Systems, you will be eligible to receive a referral bonus of up to $1,000.

HNM Systems has grown largely by the word-of-mouth testimonies of our loyal customers. That’s why we have created a Referral Program to reward those who refer their colleagues and/or friends. When you refer a new business customer to HNM Systems, you will be eligible to receive a Referral Bonus of up to $1,000.

HOW IT WORKS

New Business Referrals

  • If your new business referral becomes an HNM Systems client and hires at least one candidate through us, you will be eligible for a referral bonus up to $1,000.
  • New business referrals must be HR executives, hiring managers, or internal recruiters whom you know personally and who are currently hiring.

Criteria

  • You do not have to be an HNM Systems employee in order to participate.
  • To qualify, you must have a personal or business relationship with the new business you are referring.
  • There is no cap on how many referrals you are paid for. Bonus will be paid to the first person who referred the lead.

How you get paid

  • Up to $1,000 referral will be paid if your new business referral hires at least one candidate who completes their first 90 days (480 hours) or direct hire guarantee.
  • Referral bonus will be paid at the end of the following month after the employee has completed their first 90 days or direct hire guarantee.
  • The Referral Bonus amount is dependent on the deal size.
