We are seeking a Carrier Manager to own cellular carrier engagement, approvals, and integration across nationwide DAS projects.
This role will serve as the primary relationship owner for Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and their carrier teams, working closely with internal Project Managers, RF/design teams, integrators, and construction partners to ensure carrier requirements are understood early, submissions are proactive, commitments are met, and projects continue moving toward activation.
This is a relationship- and execution-driven position. Deep RF engineering expertise is not required; success comes from understanding the carrier environment, knowing how to navigate carrier organizations, and consistently driving the process forward.

Target Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and strengthen AWS relationships with Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and associated carrier representatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier engagement across DAS projects nationwide.
  • Manage the carrier process from initial design criteria and submission through approvals, integration, testing, and activation.
  • Partner with Project Managers and design teams to ensure carrier requirements are identified and addressed proactively.
  • Drive carrier submissions, reviews, approvals, action items, and commitments against project timelines.
  • Facilitate carrier meetings and maintain clear communication between carriers, internal teams, customers, consultants, and project partners.
  • Identify and escalate carrier-related risks, delays, requirements, or dependencies that could impact project delivery.
  • Maintain visibility into carrier status, open items, deliverables, and upcoming milestones across multiple active projects.
  • Participate in occasional site visits, project meetings, and carrier engagements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with cellular carriers, carrier vendors, DAS providers, wireless integrators, or related telecommunications organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing carrier relationships and navigating carrier approval, deployment, or integration processes.
  • Strong preference for candidates with established working relationships or familiarity with key contacts at Verizon, AT&T, and/or T-Mobile.
  • Experience supporting DAS, in-building wireless, small-cell, or related cellular infrastructure projects.
  • Working understanding of wireless technologies and terminology including LTE, 5G, DAS, antennas, fiber, backhaul, power, and related infrastructure.
  • Strong project-management, organization, communication, documentation, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable to commitments and timelines.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and carrier workstreams in a primarily remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and common project-tracking tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 5–10%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working directly for Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or one of their major vendors or integration partners.
  • Existing professional relationships within major carrier organizations.
  • Experience supporting neutral-host DAS, enterprise wireless, data centers, mission-critical facilities, large commercial campuses, or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Procore, Bluebeam, Salesforce, Jira, or comparable project-management platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant telecommunications, construction, engineering, or project-management certification.
