Overview
The Customer Relations Coordinator supports communication throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, working closely with both engineering and construction teams. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support initiatives that enhance and simplify customer experience
- Process customer requests accurately, efficiently, and professionally
- Manage customer interactions and maintain strong, positive relationships
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns within scope of responsibility
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate local management or support teams
- Assess and determine when field visits are required
- Participate in coaching sessions to continuously improve customer interactions
- Keep supervisors informed of work-related concerns or recurring issues
- Meet with customers on-site as required to support project communication
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction, cable operations, or telecommunications environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
Work Environment / Additional Information
- Approximately 30–40% travel within the assigned market
- Fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required based on workload
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate: $25/hr + DOE
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage, Supplemental Insurance through Aflac, & 401k plan.
