Overview
We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to support the development and enhancement of enterprise-scale consumer mobile applications in a production environment. This is a front-end focused iOS engineering role requiring deep expertise in Swift and modern iOS development practices, along with strong ownership, architectural input, and the ability to operate independently on a small, highly collaborative team.

This role will contribute to the full application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and release management, while partnering closely with Android, web, backend, product, and design teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in iOS engineering, experience working in large codebases, and the judgment to build scalable, maintainable mobile solutions..


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for projects of increasing complexity, from technical design through deployment.
  • Participate in the full application lifecycle including concept, design, build, deploy, test, and release management.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance high-quality iOS applications using modern development practices.
  • Write clean, reusable, scalable code and apply feedback through code reviews while enforcing best practices.
  • Contribute architectural input using MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar design patterns.
  • Build and support UI development using SwiftUI, UIKit, Storyboards, and XIBs as applicable.
  • Support Server-Driven UI implementations and consume GraphQL-based UI integrations.
  • Consume and integrate RESTful APIs using tools such as URLSession; collaborate on API contracts with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain unit and UI test coverage using XCTest.
  • Support shared codebase quality, build pipeline improvements, monitoring, and broader engineering initiatives.
  • Investigate and prototype new technologies to support scalable future solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, Android, web, and backend teams.
  • Mentor developers where appropriate and contribute to team technical growth.
  • Optimize application performance, offline storage, background processing, threading, and reusable architecture patterns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of iOS development experience preferred; 5+ years minimum for strong Mid-Level candidates.
  • Strong expertise in Swift (primary language) and modern iOS front-end development.
  • Experience with UIKit and SwiftUI.
  • Experience with Storyboards and XIBs.
  • Strong knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar architectural patterns.
  • Experience with Server-Driven UI.
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL at the UI integration level.
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs in iOS applications.
  • Familiarity with URLSession, Git, and XCTest.
  • Understanding of API interaction and consuming APIs (backend ownership not required).
  • Experience with large codebases and shared API libraries.
  • Understanding of software and mobile development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of iOS UX principles and platform guidelines.
  • Experience with mocking and end-to-end API coverage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and architectural decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Objective-C.
  • CI/CD pipeline exposure.
  • AWS exposure (nice to have, not required).
  • Published iOS application on the Apple App Store.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other developers.
  • Experience improving code review systems, monitoring, or build pipelines.
