Overview
We are seeking a skilled DAS & Fiber Installation Technician to support wireless infrastructure projects throughout the United States. This position requires extensive travel and hands-on experience with DAS installation, fiber splicing, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities in carrier and public safety environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installations in carrier and public safety environments.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless infrastructure equipment.
  • Understand and work with various OEM equipment and connection types.
  • Conduct line sweeping and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing.
  • Perform fiber fusion splicing and fiber optic testing.
  • Support EMT installation activities as required.
  • Diagnose and resolve field installation and network issues.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
  • Travel extensively to customer locations throughout assigned regions.
  • Complete required documentation and project reporting.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience performing DAS installations.
  • Previous experience with fiber fusion splicing.
  • Experience with fiber optic testing and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel out of state as required, potentially up to 100% of the time.
  • Eligibility to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • CPR certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Experience working in carrier and public safety communications environments.

Work Environment / Additional Information

  • Field-based role supporting customer locations across multiple regions.
  • Extensive travel required, including overnight and out-of-state assignments.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced installation environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $65,000–$70,000 annually (DOE)
