More Recruiting and Sourcing Power
Our expanded recruiting team brings experience across many of the industries and skill sets our clients rely on.
Nicky Crick, Recruiter, specializes in M&A, multi-dwelling units (MDU), and right-of-way (ROW).
Gabby Phillips, Senior Recruiter, brings technical recruiting expertise across telecom, cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies.
Laura Lange, Senior Recruiter, adds deep experience in fiber, broadband, OSP engineering, and telecom infrastructure talent.
Lars Ecklund, Recruitment Intern, brings a background in behavioral psychology that supports HNM’s proprietary behavioral screening process.
Behind our recruiters is another important addition: six dedicated sourcers added over the past year. This team focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates, giving recruiters additional resources to move searches forward and connect clients with specialized talent more efficiently.
Together, these additions expand HNM’s ability to recruit across a broad range of technical disciplines, from fiber and telecommunications to data center infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and more.

Lacey Johnson adds extensive experience in workforce operations, contractor care, and client program management, supporting a seamless experience across onboarding, employee coaching, performance management, and ongoing engagement for clients and consultants.
