Overview
We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to provide high-touch, onsite IT support for C-suite executives, executive support staff, and office personnel in Austin, Texas. This role is focused on end-user support, executive support, meeting technology support, and onsite issue resolution—not traditional back-end infrastructure administration.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned support professional with strong communication skills, executive presence, and a customer-first mindset, capable of independently owning issues and delivering high-quality support experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove IT support for C-suite executives, executive assistants, and office personnel
  • Support critical executive meetings, including Board-level and leadership events
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues in real time
  • Configure and support Windows and macOS devices for end users
  • Support iOS and Android devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and user assistance
  • Support conference rooms and video conferencing technologies, including Microsoft Teams
  • Manage and respond to support requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle tracking of computer assets and devices
  • Create and update IT documentation, user guides, and local support procedures
  • Participate in testing and support of new technology solutions and local IT initiatives
  • Collaborate with centralized IT teams to resolve escalated issues and bridge onsite support gaps
  • Serve as the trusted onsite escalation point for high-visibility executive support needs
  • Provide proactive, high-touch support to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in end-user and desktop support within a professional business environment
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or other high-visibility users strongly preferred
  • Proficiency supporting Windows and macOS environments
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems
  • Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and customer service orientation
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and independent ownership mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or comparable experience/certifications preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing executive-level or white-glove IT support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams conference technologies
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Experience with IT automation or workflow tools

Work Environment / Travel / Schedule

  • Onsite support required 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday preferred; some flexibility available)
  • Part-time schedule (3 days per week)
  • Core hours within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
  • No regular nights, weekends, or after-hours support expected
