After replying STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

An SMS opt-out request does not necessarily stop email, telephone, employment-related, administrative, or other communications sent through different channels.

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Delayed messages.
Undelivered messages.
Messages blocked by a carrier.
Carrier outages.
Device incompatibility.
Incorrect or outdated mobile phone numbers.
Other circumstances outside HNM Systems, Inc.’s reasonable control.

Not all carriers or devices may support all messaging features.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing an accurate mobile phone number.
Ensuring that you are authorized to use the number provided.
Updating HNM Systems, Inc. if your mobile number changes.
Maintaining control of your mobile device.
Reviewing any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

If a mobile number is reassigned, disconnected, or no longer belongs to you, you should notify HNM Systems, Inc. or reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number when reasonably possible.
