Candidate Process

Screen

Once a recruiter initiates a conversation with a potential candidate, the recruiter will set up a call to determine whether the candidate meets the essential requirements of the role.

Interview

If the candidate interviews successfully, the customer will then notify us to extend an offer. Details regarding compensation, start date, and other pertinent items are included in the offer letter.

Offer

If the candidate interviews successfully, the customer will then notify us to extend an offer. Details regarding compensation, start date, and other pertinent items are included in the offer letter.

Start

Upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen, the candidate is ready to start their first day with our customer. Depending on the position, the candidate may be required to report to an office, work in the field, work from home, or manage a hybrid situation.

Onboard

During the first week of work, the candidate partners with our People Operations team to complete workplace training and employment paperwork. Our customers typically begin skills-based training during this period as well.

Coach

Throughout the duration of employment, we are a resource to all our candidates. We ensure candidates are receiving the support they need, whether that be understanding their benefits, receiving additional training, or managing performance expectations.

Bonus

We often reach out to our candidates regarding referral bonus opportunities as some of our most successful hires have come from the recommendations of our very own.
