Ignite 2023
In 2023, we set out to ignite new possibilities, fueling telecom innovations and sparking transformation across our business. We asked ourselves: What does it take to ignite change? Step by step, we turned small sparks into meaningful progress. By igniting new partnerships, we fueled the flames of change. Everyone played a role in pushing boundaries, doing things differently, and driving us toward extraordinary results. Together, we sparked ideas, enthusiasm, and momentum. Most importantly, we created a movement that inspired our people and delivered real value to our customers.
Forge 2024
In 2024, we built upon that momentum and forged a new path forward. With creativity and telecom innovations from the previous year, we launched Recruit Code—our first proprietary technology. We also diversified our customer base, ensuring no single client accounted for more than 20% of annual revenue. More importantly, we solidified our position as the market leader in tech-enabled professional services. Every business unit grew stronger. Achieving this in such a competitive market was no small feat, but together, we made it happen.
