Business Need

As part of a nationwide modernization program, the client needed round-the-clock operational support for hyperscale data centers and critical telecom networks. Our Approach

HNM Systems established a 24 by 7 Network Operations Center model staffed by Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 NOC Engineers. These teams delivered continuous monitoring, alert triage, and escalation support for critical telecom and data center infrastructure. Automation tools and standardized runbooks were introduced to streamline event handling and reduce resolution times during high-volume incident periods. To support hyperscale data center operations, HNM Systems provided on premise technical resources responsible for infrastructure builds, power and environmental controls, and hardware installation. The program successfully deployed more than 200,000 feet of high performance fiber while maintaining schedule adherence across over twelve hyperscale data center builds.
